In the North-West of France the Fruit of the earth is not the grape. It is the apple.
And since ancient times, artisans have pressed and fermented those apples and turned them into a drink – like no other. In is in this place where the Lefevre family has crafted cidre, in the artisan tradition, for over 200 years. On their farmlands in Berville, on the borders of Val D’Oise and Picardy.
