Mulled Lefevre Cidre


  • One 330ml bottle of Lefevre Cidre
  • Tiny sprinkle of nutmeg
  • Tiny sprinkle of cloves
  • One cinnamon stick
  • One teaspoon of cinnamon syrup
  • Optional (and encouraged)
  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel topping for drizzle


  1. Place all ingredients (besides whipped cream & caramel)
  2. in a small pot on the cooker.
  3. Stir & let simmer for 5 minutes to let the flavours combine. Don’t boil!
  4. Serve hot topped with whipped cream & drizzle caramel on top.
